Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Reflexo mobile application (the “App”) provided by the developer (“Developer”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content,
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App,
- use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose,
- interfere with the ads shown in the App or attempt to generate invalid ad traffic.
Ads and rewarded content
The App is free and supported by ads. Detailed statistics can be unlocked for 24 hours by choosing to watch a rewarded ad. Watching one is always optional, the rest of the App works without it, and the results the App has already recorded are never locked behind an ad. We may change the ad formats, their placement or the length of the unlock at any time.
Measurements
Reaction times are measured by the App and depend on your device, its screen and the version of the operating system. They are intended for training and comparison with your own earlier results. They are not a medical, diagnostic or professional assessment, and they should not be used as one.
Your data
Your results are stored on your device, not on our servers. We cannot restore them for you: uninstalling the App, clearing its data or switching to another device removes your history. What the App collects and shares is described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
All content, graphics and code within the App are the property of the Developer. You are not granted any rights to use them outside of the App.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
