Introduction
Reflexo (“the App”) is a reaction-time and reflex-training game for Android and iOS, published by the developer (“Developer”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the App handles, why, and the choices you have.
The App has no accounts and never asks for your name, email address, phone number or any other personal details.
Information stored on your device
Your results stay on your device and are never sent to us or to any server we operate:
- reaction times, run counts, best and average scores and their dates,
- the tap-by-tap timings of your most recent grid runs, used for detailed statistics,
- the time you last unlocked detailed statistics, and which mode the daily pick offered.
To delete all of it, uninstall the App or clear its data in system settings.
Advertising
The App is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob: banners on the home and statistics screens, occasional full-screen ads between runs, and an optional rewarded ad you can choose to watch to unlock detailed statistics for 24 hours. Ads never appear while a reaction is being measured.
To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process:
- your device’s advertising ID (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA),
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it,
- device and app information, such as model, operating system and language,
- ad interactions, such as impressions and taps.
Google processes this data as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Usage and crash data
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how it is used and to find crashes. These record:
- which mode you start,
- how a run ended — the mode, the time and whether it was a personal best,
- whether you played the daily pick,
- whether you chose to watch a rewarded ad for detailed statistics,
- technical details of any crash, such as the error, the device model and the app version.
These events describe how the App is used, not who you are. They carry no name, email address or contact details, and they never include the individual tap timings kept on your device for your detailed statistics. Google processes them as described in the Firebase privacy documentation.
Your consent and choices
- If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent through Google’s consent form before personalised ads are shown. You can review or change that choice at any time with “Privacy settings” at the bottom of the home screen.
- On iOS, the App asks for permission to track before it can use the advertising identifier. Declining does not limit any feature of the game.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads; iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking).
Permissions
The App uses internet access to load ads and the advertising ID permission described above. It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos or precise location.
Data sharing and security
We do not sell, trade or rent user data. Data collected by Google through the services above is processed by Google and may be stored on servers outside your country of residence. We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published at this address with a new date above.
